Five babies with PPHN were diagnosed clinically and did not have echocardiography.
*PPHN defined clinically with preductal and postductal difference in saturations with echocardiogram findings of significant tricuspid regurgitation and evidence or right to left shunt across the patent foramen ovale and/or patent ductus arteriosus.
