AB  - A case is reported of classical Kawasaki disease in an infant younger than 2 weeks of age. Echocardiography detected a coronary artery aneurysm on the fifth day of the illness. Administration of intravenous γ globulin resulted in rapid improvement. Kawasaki disease is rare in neonates, but it may follow a rapid and severe course.
