    A 4190 g male infant was born at 39 weeks’ gestation to a 29-year-old mother by spontaneous vaginal delivery. Apgar scores were 7 at 1 min and 8 at 5 min. Baby’s skin was covered with small superficial vesicles containing clear fluid that were noticed immediately after birth.
