Congenital ulcer: what do you think?

A 19-day-old boy presented an ulcer with erythematous and elevated borders in the superior back (figure 1). The lesion was present at birth and the boy was otherwise healthy. The diagnostic hypothesis included xanthogranuloma, Langerhans cell histiocitosis, mastocytoma, leukaemia cutis and congenital infections.
