A term 2.7 kg male infant was delivered as a breech vaginal birth after an uneventful antenatal period. The infant was well at birth, but examination of the oral cavity revealed multiple discreet whitish nodules clustered along the buccal aspect of the alveolar ridge of the maxilla (see figure 1).
