    Three full-term infants, a boy and two girls aged 4 days, 5 days and 7 weeks, respectively, presented with ‘abnormal’ eye movements consisting of intermittent downgaze sometimes with eye adduction lasting between 3 and 20 seconds (figures 1 and 2 with video links).
