    Dear Editor,

    We read with interest the case report of Dharmaraj et al. published in your journal (1). The authors described a full term infant born by an emergency caesarean section. At birth this newborn had a depressed skull fracture on the right parietal bone. Neurosurgical elevation of the fracture was performed at age of 2 weeks after birth.
