    A female infant was born at 38+5 weeks in good condition via vaginal delivery. Antenatal ultrasound scans had suggested a left-sided congenital cystic adenomatous malformation. However, a postnatal chest X-ray (figure 1) raised the possibility of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).
