Fetal diagnosis of left ventricular tumour with pericardial extension persisting into childhood

Rhabdomyomas account for 60%–86% of fetal cardiac tumours.1 They are characteristically benign, multiple, enlarging during early fetal life, spontaneously regressing after 32 weeks gestation, usually disappearing by 18 months.1 Pericardial invasion is rare and associated with poor outcome.2 ,3 We present an unusual case.
