Dear Editor,
We read with interest the article by Cheong et al describing an infant, born by ventouse delivery, with an increasing head circumference due to fatal subgaleal haemorrhage. Because of repeated transfusions, investigation of any abnormality of haemostasis was not possible.
We report two male neonates with enlarging head circumferences and pallor who at presentation were not known to be at risk...
